"I can't sign in"

"The AI got my food wrong"

The AI estimates ingredients and calories from your photo. It is not always perfectly accurate. You can:

"How do I delete my account?"

See our Delete Account page for full instructions. The short version: Settings → Delete Account inside the app.

"How do I export my data?"

Email us at support@dietk.app with the subject "Data export request". We will provide a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format within 30 days, as required by applicable privacy law.

"I want to delete a specific meal or photo"

Open the meal in the app and use the delete option. If you cannot find it, email us with details and we will remove it for you.

"Can I use Dietk for fasting, specific diets, or cultural eating patterns?"

Dietk supports many dietary patterns including intermittent fasting, Ramadan fasting, vegetarian, low-carb, keto, and others. However, the Service is general wellness only — for any medical condition (including fasting with diabetes, pregnancy, or any other condition), please consult a healthcare professional.

Reporting abuse or security issues

If you discover a security vulnerability in the Dietk Service, please report it responsibly to support@dietk.app with the subject "Security". We will respond as quickly as possible.

To report misuse of the Service or inappropriate behavior, use the same channel with the subject "Report".
